Metodi di valutazione | La prova orale si prefigge l’obiettivo di accertare le capacità di saper descrivere l’ordinamento giuridico italiano con particolare attenzione al diritto ambientale. |

Contents | The course aims at studying legal profiles of the environment and energy; in particular the notion of Environment and the notion of Sustainable Development in the actual “Environmental State”. The origins of environmental law, its characteristics and its developments are also analysed, studying the environmental law in a constitutional and comparative perspective. |

Prerequisites | The student must have a good level of general education and knowledge of public law issues. |
Teaching methods | Lectures, study of pratical cases. Seminars on environmental themes. |
Evaluation methods | The oral interview aims at verifying the ability to describe the Italian legal system with particular attention to environmental law and the ability to understand the issues studied also in a comparative perspective, but also the knowledge of the legal devices of environmental and energy law. |
Other information | Tutoring activities are foreseen. Students will be given online support materials, slides and documents for the purpose of practical exercises. |
